Diana’s story comes from our sister school, Australian Beauty School.
United Kingdom Beauty School taught me all the key skills I needed to start up my own business! From application of wax, tips and tricks for applying henna as well as how to apply lash extensions perfectly, to ensure I don’t damage the natural lashes! Perhaps one of the most valuable things I learnt in my time studying was contraindications for each of the services I provide. It has been essential for protecting myself as well as my clients.
I was drawn to United Kingdom Beauty School by the fact that I was able to complete the courses at my own pace. I also loved that kits were included!
The course taught me how to perform a range of services that I could use to start up my own business. They also provided me with an additional social media marketing course- for free, to help me advertise my business!
I felt very supported in the online learning environment. Whenever I needed assistance my tutors were there ready to help! They responded really quickly and we able to help me with everything!
I would highly suggest rewatching videos several times to ensure you’ve really grasped how to perform the service correctly. I would also suggest contacting your tutors whenever you’re feeling unsure about anything.
