How to communicate with people. Being a shy person it’s always been a struggle to get out of my comfort zone and this has been one of the most important things I’ve learnt.
When learning about the course the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to enrol.
It gave me a qualification to that I need to start my own business.
Yes I feel very supported. Any problem I have had there is always someone who is willing to help me and encourage me to keep going
To stay positive, it will get hard but with the help of the friendly tutors and support from friends and family it will get easier.
